I feel my best when I’ve had enough sleep. Uhm, . . . not very often. I’m defininately ok 99% of the time, but on those rare occasions when I get 7 – 8 hours of sleep, it is such a remarkable difference mentally and physically . It is currently my #1 goal in life: Get more sleep! I recently heard a quote that I’m thinking of making my mantra. “Don’t waste time that could be spent sleeping.”
    Thanks for asking.

When I am well rested and not stressed. I have a health issue I have been dealing with for nine years. On a bad day I can feel much worse than on a good day. If I am rested, calm and at peace I have the ability to deal with the daily pain of my condition. If I am tired and overwhelmed with other issues, the pain seems worse and makes the stress of other issues seem worse. I get tired easier and my pain tolerance is lower. Obviously, you cant isolate yourself from life, but you can learn coping skills to help.

I feel happiest and healthiest when it is 75-80 degrees outside (or hotter) and SUNNY SUNNY SUNNY. I love the warm weather–I believe it keeps me health. I also notice adequate sleep and lots of exercise (outdoor and with friends during good weather) are key to my health success!

H & H = Health and Happiness, they just go together. Especially when I am simply doing something I love and I can appreciate that my health allows me to.
