First good thoughts, thoughts of health.Second eat raw nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables as much as possible.Third fresh squeezed orange juice with graoefruit.Wheatgrass juice or powder with spirulina.Fresh carrot and apple juice with a combination of other vegetables.Organic apple cider vinegar.Unrefined sesame oil-internally-externally.Boken dead sea salts for soaking.I have been off high blood pressure meds.since Nov.2010 and have not taken anything for psoriasis in a year and a half.My psoriatic arthritis of my knee which used to be as big as a softball is great. All thanks to my husbands persistence in finding what works. And by us experimenting.I am also doing my own personal study on drinkin a blend of tea all day, which my husband and I found we lost weight but by not changing our habits.I shouldnt say that…That was before we were treating our symptoms with proper nutrition.anyways Happy Trails and Good Luck…I cant go without mentioning I know God was part of my healing…That is part of those good thoughts…Im on twitter as @texasfarmchic and facebook/karadon earp whittlesey

  2. Matt Houchin says:

Regular visits to the Chiropractor keeping my spine in proper alignment and giving my body the ability to adapt to whatever stresses I put it through each day. This is the best preventative form of health care.

  3. L Sheridan says:

    work-life balance
    good child care
    yoga

  4. @BoxerDave says:

Enjoying my hobbies: gardening, blogging about progressive liberal politics & other online blogging, hanging out with my dog & my partner, and enjoying wine with my partner. Remaining 100% medication compliant (for lowering cholesterol & bp). Most of all, though, is keeping myself from being over-extended (not an easy task for an American).

  5. Dental healthcare!!! it can cure depression, when the teeth and gums are healthy and the jaw is properly aligned, the sinsus ane ear cavities flow freely, the neck and jaw relax, as well as the shoulders. Brainfog and many other issues, some mimicing ADD, are relieved. Depression and general malaise lifts. Unfortunately good dental care is out of reach for the majority of Americans. The costs have gotten way out of control. Learning disabilities, and allergy symptoms could be traced back to dental issues, if anyone cared to investigate this comprehensively. Yet what good is knowing, if you can’t afford to fix the issues. Very sad.

  6. Steve Simmons says:

What has kept me healthy for the 70+ years thaat I have lived is peace through Jesus Christ, living in relationship with HIM and in the second place a good relationship with my wife who I have loved for the last 46+ years. These two relationships help me to love those who are my “enemies”.
