    I think if we took a hint from the various social media engines, add a dash of Nike+’s model of tracking, and create an online program that can link to things like Facebook and Twitter, we could create a new aspect of social media. It would allow people to put their information out there, set goals for themselves, and have their friends keep them accountable. I know the research shows people are more likely to exercise if they have a buddy; why not for holistic health approach?

      I agree. I seem to do better not only with a motivated exercise buddy, but feedback really helps keep me on track. Also hearing how others use their time wisely for fitting in workouts and healthy eating is inspiring.

    I also agree, put amputees together on Twitter.
