Jim Zloch is a trial lawyer from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He was diagnosed in Florida for cancer on his vocal cords. He sought a second opinion and ultimately, treatment at Mayo Clinic in 2006.

Jim talks about going through six weeks of radiation treatment and seeing both Dr. Kerry Olsen and Dr. Robert Foote. He is now cancer free.

“Every penny I’ve spent, every mile I’ve had to travel…all of that has been worth it, because I wanted the specialty and the knowledge…with respect to treating nothing but the throat,” said Jim. “For me it was a no-decision, and every single trip I’ve made up here since has been well worth it – ten fold – hundred fold.”

Congratulations! They were my docs two in 1994 and I had stage IV salivary gland cancer. I believe you and I got the best two doctors in the world. Best wishes, Jill
