Just watched your video. I am 35 yr of similar age and dec 3rd this year is my 1 yr anniversary of quitting cigarettes. I too could not have quit without the help of mayo clinics inpatient program. I hope you stick with your mindset and even help your employees. Thank you for your video. It is hard to put into words how it changed my mindset. I wish u the best of health sir
