I desperately need help…my sister is diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue stage 2 and its killing me inside. She lives in the Philippines and I am so scared if they will be able to treat it or give the best care. She can’t afford treatment here in USA. Any agencies here in US that we could ask for help?
